Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

For UK Deliveries:

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-2 business days
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 business days
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 48 hours
Royal Mail Special Delivery: 1 business day

For International Deliveries:

Royal Mail International Standard (Europe): 3-5 working days
Royal Mail International Standard (Worldwide): 6-7 working days
Royal Mail International Tracked (Europe): 5 working days
Royal Mail International Tracked (Worldwide): 7 working days

We provide free UK delivery for all orders placed through our website. During checkout, you can select shipping upgrades. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed. They are estimates only and are based on average transit times.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Once dispatched, estimated delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method at checkout.

Reporting Non-Delivery

Customers can report an undelivered item up to 30 days from the earliest estimated delivery date (as provided at the time of purchase).

If your order was placed through Etsy, please contact FOXBOX Detectives via Etsy's messaging system to report any non-delivery issues.

Late Deliveries and Lost in Transit Claims

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we kindly ask that customers wait the following number of days before reporting the item as potentially lost:

UK: 10 working days
EU: 15 working days
US: 20 working days
Rest of the World: 20 working days

Once these waiting periods have passed, please contact us through the appropriate customer support channels, as outlined in the section below. At this stage, we will initiate an official claim with the delivery provider and provide further assistance.

Customer Responsibility for Order Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information provided during checkout, including the delivery address, is accurate. FOXBOX Detectives is not liable for verifying these details.

Should an amendment be necessary, customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that any modifications can be made once the order has been processed.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product remains in its original packaging and an unused condition.

Please note that:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to return items to ensure their safe arrival.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once the returned items have been received, they will be inspected within 2 working days, and we will notify the customer regarding the outcome and the next steps.

We do not offer exchanges for faulty or incorrect orders.
